ClipPocket provides a technical conversion service for supported public media URLs. By using the service, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and only where you have the necessary rights or permissions to access, convert, download, and use the content.

ClipPocket does not grant ownership or license rights in third-party media. Supported platforms, formats, quality options, and availability may change without notice due to technical, legal, provider, or operational reasons.

User responsibilities

You must not use ClipPocket to infringe copyright, bypass access controls, distribute unlawful material, overload the service, automate abusive requests, attack the platform, or violate the terms of third-party platforms. We may rate-limit, block, remove, or investigate suspicious usage.

Retention and availability

Converted files are temporary operational outputs. Files may be retained for up to 90 days and may be removed earlier. The service is provided without a guarantee that any conversion, cached file, platform, format, or download will remain available.

Service controls

We may enforce quotas per user, session, IP address, or other security signals. We may suspend or restrict usage that appears abusive, unlawful, excessive, automated, or harmful to service stability.

Analytics and service measurement

ClipPocket uses analytics and operational telemetry to measure usage, improve reliability, detect abuse, understand service performance, and prepare for responsible growth. Your use of the service is also subject to the Privacy Policy, including the analytics, cookies, retention, and security logging disclosures.
