- One conversion slot per worker process
- Authorized downloads and temporary retention
What to know before converting
Request validation
The converter checks the submitted link, requested output, quality option, session, and current usage limits before creating a conversion job. Unsupported or unsafe requests are rejected early.
Queued conversion processing
Background workers claim jobs through controlled processing slots, report progress, and record the final status. Capacity can be adjusted operationally without changing the public conversion workflow.
Secure completed-file delivery
When a job completes, the application authorizes the download and the web server handles the media transfer efficiently. Direct access to the protected file location is blocked.
Retention and cleanup
Converted files and related records may remain available for up to 90 days. Automated cleanup removes content after the applicable retention period, and files may be removed earlier when required.
Three simple steps
Submit

Process
Follow the job status while the worker converts the media.
Download
Use the authorized button to retrieve the completed file.
Common questions
Do I need to keep the page open?
Job status is stored by the service, but keeping the page open provides the clearest live progress experience.
Why are limits applied?
Limits protect service availability, control resource usage, and help prevent automated abuse.
